By purchasing any digital file from RIFT|VOID STUDIO, you agree to the following terms based on the acquired license:

🔵 PERSONAL LICENSE — $7.990 CLP

✅ Includes:

Use as wallpaper on your personal devices
Print 1 copy for personal decorative use in your home
Save the file on your personal devices

❌ Does not include: multiple reproductions, commercial use, or redistribution.

🟡 PERSONAL + LIMITED PRINT LICENSE — $14.990 CLP

✅ Includes:

Everything from the Personal License
Up to 5 personal prints for decorative use in your own spaces
Use as wallpaper on multiple personal devices

❌ Does not include: commercial use, sale of prints, or redistribution.

🔴 EXTENDED LICENSE — $39.990 CLP

✅ Includes:

Everything from the Personal + Limited Print License
Multiple prints for decorative use in your own physical spaces (home, office, studio)
Use in personal non-commercial projects (presentations, personal portfolios)

❌ Does not include: resale, use in commercial products, merchandising, or advertising.

📌 GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL LICENSES

Strictly prohibited to resell, redistribute, or share the file with third parties
Not permitted to claim authorship or rights over the work
Not permitted to modify, alter, or create derivative works without written authorization from the author
Not permitted to upload the file to free or paid download platforms
Commercial use requires a separate agreement — contact RIFT|VOID STUDIO directly

📌 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs are original creations of RIFT|VOID STUDIO and are protected by Chilean Intellectual Property Law N° 17.336. The author reserves all rights over the work.

📦 DELIVERY

The file is delivered in high-resolution digital format after payment confirmation. No refunds are issued for digital products once the file has been downloaded.
